I purchased this product for my wife's 2024 Expedition Max and it works as advertised. It is sturdy and well made. Installation was quick and easy. I used the Offroam® Articulating Arm and a Coupler for 17mm and 20mm Ball Sockets to connect a magnetic phone mount and charger to it. Once everything was tightened down it was solid. After installation the vent louvers didn't move quite as freely as they did without the mount there, I loosened the mount and tried to push it down in the corner of the vent a bit more and it seemed to allow the louvers to move a bit better, still a bit of tension when sliding the louvers but happy with it. Mount was mounted on the passenger side vent.
