Love this thing

This is the first time I bought the DOT. It is awesome. I love that I don’t have to open the smoker to check temps and this has a magnetic back so I can put it just about anywhere on my smoker.

Easy to use. Very straightforward. Accurate results. Haven't used Hi Temp Spatula yet. Looks sturdy and able to do the job. Thank You !

Amazing thermometer

Just as simple to use and accurate as the other thermometers I have from ThermoWorks but with the long probe it great for simple quick things like a quick tri tip of the bbq

Love this thing
