The Sizzle is Awesome!

This was an awesome find, My wife sadly broke my Thermapen money is a bit tight right now so I got the Sizzle I honestly can say it is fast and accurate enough for this backyard home cook.

This is an excellent cooking thermometer. It does not work quickly for air temperatures. I had been overcooking my wild boar sausages. They come out so much better now.

Very nice but a bit heavier and larger than I expected. I would still buy as a gift.
