I received today my custom board and could not be more pleased! The design is carved into a beautiful, solid maple board- not printed on it. This is the 3rd board I have ordered from them and each board never fails to elicit a gasp and a WOW from me. I needed customer service due to board being delayed in U.S. Customs and customer service was very prompt and kind as well as helpful in working with FedEx to expedite the pkg.
