very fresh !
The caramels are wonderful. They are very fresh and the flavor is wonderful very honey forward..
I wish they were somehow identified in the variety pack, as I'm not sure which one is which prior to tasting it.

Granie at end of eating
Good flavor but has little granes at the end of eating which I don't like
