Modern Lunch Backpack

I love this bag! As a teacher, I usually carry three bags to work everyday; my purse, work bag, and lunch bag. Now, I have everything in one bag. Also, the Packuum bag is better for my body because my right arm and shoulder aren’t bearing all the weight. Due to the Packuum being a backpack, the weight is evenly distributed on my back and shoulders. I’m so glad I found this bag online, I only wish I’d found it years ago!!!

Very disappointing experience, especially considering the price of the bag. When it arrived, I immediately noticed two visible marks on the bag, as well as an issue with the stitching around the top where the thread had come undone. There also appeared to be a different coloured thread used in this area, which looked quite odd and certainly not like the quality I expected. I took clear photos of all the issues and emailed customer care twice to give them the opportunity to address my concerns. Unfortunately, I have received no response at all. I understand that occasionally a product may arrive with a fault, but the complete lack of response from customer service has made the experience even more disappointing. For a bag at this price point, I expected both better quality control and much better after-sales service.

I like the look of the bad, but was very disappointed 😞, for the cost, that the lunch box area was not reinforced with some kind of wire cage to help it stand up while the lunch box is removed. Also, nothing advertised about me having to attach the divider, between the upper compartment & lunch box compartment, myself. After I use it for the first time, I might give an update. Update: Snap, on the handles, completely broke within the first 12 hrs of use. Lunch bag does not keep food/drinks cold, even with the use of cold packs. Highly disappointing.
