Miserable experience. Purchased size 10.5 on Shop app. Says nothing that it is UK size. Came in, way too big. Returned for exchange to the tune of $15. New pair comes in size 9.5 UK (which is 10.5 US, which should fit perfectly), still too big. Tried to talk to customer service to see if they could give me a break on ANOTHER $15 return fee, nope. Paid another $15, sized down one more size and waiting for that to arrive. What a massive waste of time and money and terrible customer service. Have hundreds of other pairs of shoes in UK, US, Euro, and even Japanese sizes that fit at an equivalent of US 10.5. Clear issue with the shoes as other Meermin shoes in the same size fit just fine, but customer service refused to budge or even acknowledge that it could potentially be their issue. Pathetic.
