This 7 day detox was great for me. It has now started me on a journey to want to eat right and so the right things for my health. For the 7 days I just used water and tea the vitality drink and the soursop I felt amazing., I would recommend this to everyone. Most of all the soursop is the real soursop, I was surprised. I love it.

I didn’t feel a major difference. Ran out of the powders before the 6 days. Didn’t receive everything advertised in the kit.
