I was really looking forward to trying this. Unfortunately, all 4 bottles arrived with the tops of the caps snapped off. The tops of the caps couldn’t be put back on to the caps.
I have trued and liked the wadhkng machine cleaners so irdered this. I’m hoping the company makes good on their guarantee!

Going to give it a few more tries, but not seeing any improvement on the areas I've used this on so far.
