Liberty 5 Pro Max | Earbuds with AI Note-Taker Smart Case

They don’t stay in my ears good and i tried to return them but of course I should have know it was going to be difficult to do so. So now im stuck with them!! I actually tried to return them on the 7/01/26 but of course you can’t contact anyone and i went on vacation on the 3rd! So im trying to sell em and get some of my money back

These have been the best headphones I've ever used! Love all the options and the call quality is next level! Lots of different options for adjustments in ear pad and paddles. Great start so far with them

The headphones provide acceptable active noise cancellation but do not match the noise-cancelling performance of high-end earbuds from 3-4 years ago. The advertised AI features in the Max model do not operate independently as implied. Transcription requires an active Bluetooth connection to a phone and an active network connection, despite marketing suggesting the feature was enabled by the onboard chip in the case. The purchase price aligns with flagship Bose products and was presented as including AI, translation, and transcription capabilities. However, most advanced features require an additional subscription after a short introductory period, meaning the carrying case does not provide full access to these functions without ongoing fees. The AI features have functional limitations, including an inability to translate non‑English audio from streamed video or other external sources. The overall implementation is dependent on multiple connections, subscription access, and external devices, resulting in a workflow that is not standalone. These discrepancies between advertised capabilities and actual functionality raise concerns about product accuracy and brand reliability.
