Tall Classic Satin Maxi Skirt - Midnight Edit

Love these skirts!!

These skirts are amazing! The material is perfect, not flimsy, has just a hint of stretch. Washes well on Cold/Delicate cycle (I wash mine in a mesh bag and lay flat to dry). The Plum and Light Blue colors are exactly as pictured - stunning! And boy, these skirts are LONG. I'm 6'2 with a high waist and a proportional leg-to-torso ratio, and a good 10-15 cm of the skirt is on the floor when I am barefoot. I can wear it as is by rolling its wide waistband a few times. But I think I will get it hemmed to just above floor length and use the waistband when I want it shorter, e.g., with boots. I am so happy about the length. Having to hem it is a minor inconvenience when it means that my Taller sisters will finally have a true maxi! The sizing is generous. I wear US size 10-12 or L in pants. Wide hips and a relatively narrow waist. Size L fit me like a low-rise. I wanted the skirt to hit at my waist, so I exchanged for size M, and it is perfect. Just wide enough for my hips and hits at waist. Size S would have been too small in the hips. All in all, I've been looking for a true maxi satin skirt for several years and couldn't find anything long enough to reach my lower calf. These skirts are exactly what I wanted, and I am so tempted to buy the Navy and the Silver one too.. and perhaps the Cream one from the Sunrise Edition... I need to be stopped haha!
