Very stable, great for squats

Felt the most difference for squats as the shoes really helped to keep feet firmly planted. Shoes were also very lightweight and did not require breaking in. If you are in between sizes and have a longer foot/second toe, personally would suggest to size up rather than down. Thanks Terrence for the fuss-free exchange for size too!
