Malcolm Bill Fold Wallet | Phantom Black dent

Attached 2 picture, one with red circle on receiving the wallet, there is a dent. Written to support and PEGAI claims to be a scar of the natural leather and proposed to refund $5. Rubbered it and it seems the dent is smoother but creating a black distortion on the leather itself. This seems to be a dent caused by some tool falling onto the leather and it should have been picked up by quality visual inspection. Very disappointed in my 1st purchase, somemore going for the more expensive leather type and not the normal leather wallet. Wanted to support you guys but your customer support and resolving this is not the best. This should be a replacement wallet instead of a $5 refund.

Beautiful leather

Bought this as a gift for my partner. The leather is beautiful. The stitching is perfect. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. This was my first Pegai purchase and won’t be the last.
