Order size 18cm, they sent the wrong size (16 cm) I let them know, and they asked me to buy the label myself to send the wrong one to them. It means you pay for their mistake! I tried to be nice to fix the problem, but the way they asked me to pay for the label for them, made me so mad! Then, they offered to pay me back for the label with a coupon if I buy something from them later. But I'm not planning to buy anything else from here. They ask me for the bill for the label! Sent them the bill and didn't see anything from the email after that. Bad experience!
