I don’t want to discount the quality, because the quality was fantastic so I’ll talk about that first. Ordered two sweatshirts, (OMI and MAMA) made out of onesies that belonged to my babies. They showed up and every detail was exactly how I wanted them. Haven’t given them as gifts yet, but I fully expect tears when I do! What truly stood out to me was Jordie’s communication throughout the process. And I am accurate in calling it a process. It wasn’t just an order placed, and order shipped. Jordie communicated with me about all of the details and made sure she was doing what I wanted throughout the entire process. She was kind and prompt with all communication. I was sent pictures upon completion, and tracking information once shipped. I’m telling you, order from this company. She was fantastic.
