When my two sets of the three knife skinning set arrived there was some damage to the leather sheaths that occured during shipping. I reported the leather sheath damage to Rugged Edge Blades and the following day with no questions asked replacement leather sheaths were shipped to me. I have been taught problems happen but, it is how the problem is solved that is the true measure of the person or company. Great job Rugged Edge Blades! This will not be my last Rugged Edge Blades purchase. And I know when my son and brother open their presents on Christmas Day all the other men and maybe a few women will want to know where I purchase those beautiful knife sets.
