The perfect cover!

I'm neutral on this. I had a cover years ago that I absolutely loved and used till it looked shabby when there wasn't a replacement available. This one I'm not really very fond of. i don't like the feel of it, nor the color. However, I do like the protection it provides my spiral planner, the pockets inside and the pen holder. There's nothing wrong with it except that had i seen it in person first, I definitely would not have purchased, as i don't care for it.
