Special hats for a special event

We ordered a small quantity (8) of custom hats for a college reunion (47 year!) in Maine. The team at MMC was very helpful both in the online chat at their web site and via e-mail. They created embroidery-friendly artwork from a supplied image. The price and turnaround time were both very good. I only wish we could have had larger font on the lettering on the sides, as it's hard to read from any distance. But overall very satisfied!

I’ll admit, I did a lot of research trying to find a quality company willing to take on a small order (just 3 hats), and I’m so glad I found MMC. From the start, their communication stood out — every question I had (even the most basic ones) was answered quickly and thoroughly. What really impressed me was their honesty and expertise. They let me know right away that my original logo layout wouldn’t embroider well and took the time to rework the design — at no extra cost — to make sure the final product turned out right. That level of care and responsiveness is hard to find, especially for a small order. I’m happy to say that I now have a “hat company” in my pocket to call on!
