These are actually fabulous. They allow you to do pull ups with a much safe grip angle and one the mimics the lat pulldown. My volume went up 25% using these and that means 25% more work completed. This is a significant uptick. The grips latch on to the bar easily, and feel very stable on the bar. Highly recommended
