I have been suffering some pretty bad neck and shoulder pain after sleeping. I hoped this pillow would help. I was excited to recieve it and for the first couple nights i thought it was comfortable and the right firmness and height, however it makes my pain worse in my neck and shoulder and now my lower back hurts as well. The neck wedge puts contact pressure on my shoulder because right where it touches hurts to touch for hours after waking. Falling asleep is easier as initially it feels more comfortable but the pressure it puts on my shoulder leaves me waking up stiff and in more pain. I do think it would be a great pillow for some people but ive gone back to my old pillow unfortunately.

It does relieve your neck pain. The pillow is super comfortable.
