Dash Mount review

The dash mount was an easy install, however I did break one of the vents pulling it out of the socket which now prevents it from shutting off the airflow. Overall I am happy with the style and function. It seems a bit pricey for what it is but it works well.

The sheet metal is thin and arrived warped, so the piece does not sit flat. The part arrived unfinished, and only one of the two mounting holes had been machined, whether missed or intentional is unclear. The overall fit and finish fall short and give the impression of a cheaply mass-produced part with minimal attention to detail. For a component going into a six-figure vehicle, the quality misses the mark, and I will likely end up discarding it. That said, my complaints are purely cosmetic. From a functional standpoint, it performs exactly as intended and is a five-star piece.

Flatline does it again. Amazing product

I love flatline everything they put out is super high quality and in a vanlife world of overpriced and over engineered products it’s very nice to see a company offering products at a reasonable price with very high-quality, I was one of the first ones to order the bumper for my sprinter, and it was love at first sight I get complimented about it every single time now I have ordered the dash mount as I had another brand mount which was actually more expensive, but it rattled constantly and after going through two of them, I saw a Flatline has made one and I pulled the trigger on it without hesitation, installation was very quick and the quality once again was top-notch, there is not one thing I have to save that is bad about this company
