I walked into Irv's knowing what I wanted in a certain piece of luggage. Diane listened and immediately presented me with two options at two different price points, either of which would have satisfied my needs. Diane was helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. No "hard sell" tactics were involved. I also noticed that many other people in the store were obviously repeat customers. That says a lot about Irv's. I will be back for my luggage needs.
