The saleswoman who helped me was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and helpful with my purchase. Unfortunately I did not get her name, but she made the decision easy for me with her knowledge of all the different options. The suitcase was monogrammed and extra care was taken to get it to me within a short timeframe by the next mid-day. The gentleman who helped me when I picked up the suitcase was also extremely pleasant and helpful. Great purchase experience!
