Better packaging needed

This review is in regards to the shipping. The packaging for the product was not listed during purchase, I assumed they would come boxed like the first on I purchased. They came strapped to a pallet, still acceptable, except all the wedges were just hanging thru the pallet and could have been sheared off by a fork truck driver. Fortunately for me they came through unscathed. If the shipper had only put a piece of cardboard on the pallet first it would have been perfect. I see this not ending well for someone who is in critical need of this product and pieces have gone missing during shipment. As far as the product use, they are awesome and simple to use.
