There ok I like the flavors and that you get 6 in a sample pack. Not strong enough for me I like strong coffee and I don’t like a just add water mix with coffee. My sister said she likes them they taste good with and without the coffee. We both like that it is a protein with pre and probiotics in them and the amino acids also. They have great benefits but it’s not for me.
