Organic Waffle Terry Towels

I ordered 2 pillows, and was given the towels on my order free of charge. The pillows did t work for me, so I returned the pillows and towels. Tracking shows that my order was received at the return warehouse on July 23rd, and no one will reply to my multiple emails requesting an update on my refund. In fact, I keep getting these marketing emails every day asking me to review my purchase. Please process my return! It was a $350+ order that I was not happy with, and returned one day after original delivery.

Love these towels super soft but very absorbent!
