Not as advertised. The ones sent are the arch supports not the pro metatarsal.

Metatarsal Pads

I have been using these when I play golf, walking or for yoga practice. And, experimenting wearing them under and over my socks. One suggestion: is it feasible to place an indicator on the pad in order to achieve proper alignment on your foot? My podiatrist does this on those she custom designs for her patients.
