Sparrow Colony Nesting Box with SIG® Slate Roof

Excellent British made product. Real wood, cut and machined accurately. Screw holes pre-drilled. Correct number of screws provided. Easy to follow assembly plan.

Arrived flat packed with easy to follow instructions. Nice slate roof. There were two screws short for affixing the roof but I found similar ones in my shed and used those. Word to the wise- drill pilot holes for the hanging brackets on the box sides, i didn't and the wood split. I then had to drill holes a little lower to compensate. No residents yet, but early days!

A very well made Sparrow Colony Box... The quality of the wood is outstanding. You can tell that they have been made by craftsman. The box went up and there was instant interest from our Sparrows which are now bringing nesting materials to the colony box... fingers and wings crossed for baby birds ;0) I would recommend this company without hesitation, the price is amazing for this type of quality, you will not be disappointed.
