Need a different size

I love these boots, and this is my 4th pair; however, I am a size 9 all day long, and against my better jusgemenet....ordered the 8-1/2 as you guys were out of the size 9 :/ Suffice to say...they do not fit. How can I get this rectified? Do you have them in a size 9 now?
