4ft Chartwell Double Guinea Pig Hutch

Outstanding quality and customer service!

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Home & Roost. We ordered the 4ft Chartwell Double Guinea Pig Hutch along with a Canterbury run, and both were dispatched promptly with excellent communication throughout. There were initially not quite enough screws included with the hutch, but after a quick phone call, a replacement pack arrived the very next day — fantastic customer service. We later ran into an issue with two incompatible guinea pigs and needed to adapt the hutch from a two-storey setup into a double configuration. Once again, the customer service was exceptional, and the additional parts we needed were delivered incredibly quickly. Most importantly, the quality of both the hutch and run is superb — easily the best we’ve ever owned. Assembly took around three hours, but the instructions were clear and the process was straightforward. I would highly recommend Home & Roost and their fantastic products.
