I ordered this a while back and I loved the results. It lasted for a while, and I loved how natural looking it was for me, considering I don’t have much time with three little toddlers can’t wait to try again.

I've ordered from this company before and had a good experience, so I was surprised by what happened with this most recent order. The product arrived brand new and sealed, but when I opened it, the adhesive was already dried out and completely unusable. It had a jelly like texture, almost as if it had expired or was defective. There were no signs of tampering it just didn't work. I tried reaching out to customer service to request either a refund or a replacement adhesive sent to my address, but I haven't received a response. It's disappointing, especially since I trusted this brand based on my previous purchases. Hoping someone from the company sees this and follows up, because l'd really prefer to resolve this rather than leave a negative review.
