Thuya Blonde Tint

I am extremely disappointed with the Thuya Blond product. The consistency is overly thick, it does not spread evenly, and it crumbles during application, making it very difficult to work with. Most importantly, it does not perform at all — I have used it twice with different developers, following proper technique, and achieved no visible lightening result. As a professional, I am confident that this issue is due to a defective or faulty product, not incorrect application. Unfortunately, I am unable to request a return due to the 14-day policy, even though the product was only opened and tested later during actual work. This feels unfair, as the defect could only be identified upon use. I have incurred financial loss due to this poor-quality product and kindly ask you to review my case and offer a resolution (refund or store credit).
