I did not notice any change, it is hard to open and measure the amount to take, is very sticky and you are forced to have auto reorder.

I feel like it has made a difference, but I like gummies or tablets better than the stickiness that come with the volume. I just rinsed the outside of the container this morning.

Ive used for a month now. I like this product. Tastes great and I’ve noticed changes in the banana already.
