Not great

The pain stim is decent but the product is cheaply made and does not properly fit together. Specifically the keychain loop thing it came with does not properly fit through the holes on the toy itself, so I have no way to conveniently carry it with me which is quite frustrating with my level of sensory need. Because the product does not work as designed I can’t give it a high rating. I assume it’s just poorly printed I guess? Since it doesn’t fit together properly. I’m disappointed and annoyed. I even tried reaching out to customer support to get this issue resolved but received no response. It’s also far too lightweight for my taste, though that’s more of a personal preference. Maybe the other products are better but I’d be cautious about buying from here again. I feel like I paid 10$ for a piece of junk.

Great tools, shipping takes a long time

I’ve bought several of these for clients of mine and they all find them very helpful. Very helpful tools! My one complaint is that the shipping takes a long time. Both of my recent orders took at least 3-4 weeks to get to me.

Company took over 3 weeks to ship their item and doesn’t answer emails

I ordered my little ouchie in the middle of July and was concerned after two weeks when the product wasn’t shipping. I emailed the company twice and got no response, and the product took another week and a half to ship, then a week to deliver.
