I was somewhat nervous buying a computer online. Regardless, I did order a Dell from Tecdale. It arrived early, well packaged and exactly as described. I had issues and could not get my Laser printer to acknowledge the new computer. Tech support was quick and professional. Once it was established the printer was not going to work I decided to return the unit. Tecdale issued a return label that day, I sent it back and within a week I had my refund. It’s my opinion that Tecdale is first class, professional and extremely trustworthy. If you are looking for a computer I highly recommend this company.10 stars in a 5 star survey.
