Dual Axe Blade - Anime Sword Shop™

Really bad experience. First it got delivered two weeks after the date we first got. It was impossible to track it, so we contacted customer service multiple times. Never got an answer. One of the emails they use are also not working. When we got them, first they worked and it was super fun. One of sword ran out of battery really quick and it’s impossible to charge it, doesn’t work. And now we can’t even complain or get a new one since no one is replying to us. Stay away

Product is great. I wish there was more communication with the purchase, like where it was coming from/how long for it to arrive. I didn't have any information once purchased, until it shipped almost 3 to 4 weeks later. I had also emailed about information and never once got a response.

Great product. My kid loved it !
