DG Nylon Micro Braids Black BH301 1.5mm, 2mm, 1oz 36in Doll Hair

Working with the nylon micro braids

My first time working with the micro braids, they're slick and small and I rooted them with a large needle and not a reroot tool. Took longer than usual but looks good... my only frustration is the boil wash afterwards; it really didn't do much, the braids still want to stick out a bit and be poofy... but, I noticed they will take the shape of a rubber band when it's in the hair so, I'm hoping a wrap around the head will encourage the braids to lay closer to the doll's head. Any tips?

I ordered the Nylon Micro Braids - Black, but have not yet had the opportunity to re-root my doll head yet. The Braids have a very nice texture. I also ordered the re-rooting tool and #3 needles to re-root the braids. I’m very excited about the items I ordered and can’t wait to use them.
