Love the way it looks and I figured out the wiring quickly. I have a Civic Sport Touring Hybrid and used the Blue, Red, and Black wires to splice into the left tail light wiring. Blue to yellow, red to green, black to black. Did not use the grey/ white wire. The only problem I ran into is triming a hefty amount of flashing from the molding process. Had a few blemishes I also had to correct.

Works great. No directions. I had to do lots of looking to find someone else who wired the light.
