Soffice Long Sleeve Polo

Boy, did I mess up! First off, the shirts are awesome! They fit well, are light and breathable, and have a great look. So, no complaints there. Where I messed up, is not paying attention to the product description. I didnt notice that these shirts are long sleeve, and I was expecting them to be the short sleeve polo version. I contacted the company directly, explained what happened and offered to exchange them for the ones I wanted. Customer service offered me the option to keep the long sleeve shirts, and they’ll send the ones that I wanted; as long as I pay a small restocking fee. They’ll then send me the other ones at no cost; besides the restocking fee. Their service alone makes it worth it, even if it was my fault. My replacement shirts are on the way and should be here shortly. I definitely recommend buying from them if you’re trying to decide yes or no.
