Leveling Up My Training

I ordered the small bundle and used them in training balance with my older clients. They were a hit! Tidal Tanks add a new element to the routines, and provide much needed ‘instability’ training for an added challenge. I highly recommend bringing this into your training mix. Looking forward to doing more with Tidal Tanks in my own fitness journey.
