Modular Moss Pole Hexagon

Terrible experience even tho I really had good expectations. Order placed October 6th paid 115$ for 2 modular Poles of which 18$ was shipping cost. It had been over a week and no delivery and no tracking information. Messaged the company to be told a machine went down and when it came back up they had ran out of white filament sometimes would be delayed. Well here we are a month later and the poles are finally here. Super excited except when I open the package I am once again disappointed. Terrible quality of print, crack to one piece and one of the poles won’t screw into any of the attachments. Over all very disappointed and not once did they proactively Reach out to me to update me on what was going on or even offer some kind of amendment for the issues

Love this. Seems strong. Have not used it yet.
