NVG50 Digital Night Vision Monocular

Lots of fun.

Got this for airsoft and maybe shtf. I got it with the upgraded mount and bump helmet. The nvg works well enough. I would like the battery to last longer. I’ll need to get the bigger battery. It does seem to turn itself off randomly which is why the 4 not 5 starts. The upgraded mount I like. The bump helmet is good not great as it is a little loose for the mount. Also I guess I have a small head I need more padding so it sits higher. Even with the mount maxed out it still sits to low to line up on my eye. The nvg 50 I like, it did well, during the game and tested well. It’s well built very durable. I would say for the price point and quality a must get.

Really impressed with qualityan preformance at this price. Mounting hardware could be a little bigger.

Good Tool

Feels well built, operates smoothly and as advertised. Take any review comparing these to an analog NV with a grain of salt as they serve different purposes (in my mind). This would be a nice addition even if you had a solid analog set up. There is a lot of ambient IR light around, a scary amount actually. Warning, you may never sleep in a room with a "smart Watch" again.
