Applied to purchase wholesale for my LGS I Own took weeks for a repsonse and they sent denied with zero explanation really was looking forward to reselling and using as event rewards.

Poor customer service
despite repeated attempts to correct the address. The package was delivered to the wrong address 3 times which utimately led to the loss of my package still waiting on refund or new package
