I found the whole experience easy and felt supported. I did ask for 2 changes based on the photos I received of my finished artwork. Each request was handled promptly and without question. The art work was dispatched via courier and arrived from overseas within 10 days. The courier company offered me a choice of delivery days and gave me a 2 hour delivery window which I appreciated. The artwork was well packed to protect it. I found the experience easy and like the art I have picked.
