Like all Atwood products.. PEAK
Originally bought this 1100 cord, to replace some missing rope on a 1966 jungle hammock. While not a direct replacement, the color uniformity and the strength are primarily what I was after. I've had several orders with Atwood, and none of them have left me wanting or regretting to have done business elsewhere. The quality control makes me suspect that there is some eagle Ard inspector who doesn't let anything less than the best go out the door. Thank you Atwood!

Picked up the 1100 cord to test for heavier builds and rope-style applications.
First impression—this is a solid step up in thickness and structure compared to standard 550. It holds form well, feels strong in hand, and gives a more substantial finished product.
Ran it through a wallet chain build and it performed exactly how I was hoping—clean, consistent, and durable. It pairs well with 550 overlays for added structure and design options.
This will definitely have a place in future builds, especially for heavier-duty items like ropes, chains, and outdoor gear.
