The design has changed for the mother hoops, so they are not quite accurately depicted in the website photos. They are slightly thinner, different in color, missing the bottom hinge, and less robust than depicted on the website.
Despite this issue, the customer service was very helpful and understanding. They still had some of the mother hoops in smaller diameters (25mm depicted in the photo) in the old design available, and sent these free of charge to make up for the misunderstanding.
