Stepping up my coffee game!

It’s amazing what a difference a good coffee makes! My son (Sean Parr) is a trained and well schooled barista. I brought him an espresso that I made with the Brazil roast. Keep in mind, he has a high-end well dialed in Gaggia. He weighs, appropriately grinds, and draws shots with scientific accuracy. I, however, toss the beans into my café affettto automatic espresso machine and hit the button (I am mindful of using good water though) anyway, I brought him a fresh double shot from my machine and his reaction was said with a surprised lift in his voice. While raising his eyebrows and tilting his head he said… “This came from YOUR machine?” Yeah, thanks to y’all, I’ve stepped up my coffee game! perfect roast for low acid people, caramel notes

I have problems with too much acid and had to restrict my coffee intake. I tried Pure Earth's single-origin dark roast Brazil and was very pleased. For a darker roast, it still has a lot of complexity and character. it makes a great cup of dark filtered or french press and works nicely in espresso drinks too. My go-to beans now.
