Wood Slat Room Divider

We installed black wood slat room dividers in our front office. Used a combination of the standard floor base and a full width customized ceiling base. Installation was straight forward and the end product looks great. The customer service during purchasing and installation was outstanding. Looking to complete more room upgrades using Andor Willow.

Great Customer Service

This product allowed me to bring my vision to life without a fully custom build, but unfortunately some of the panels warped after being installed for only 2 months. The Andor team said this is the first report of their Wide Room Divider bowing and believe it's due to the bolts not being fully contracted. The customer service has been amazing (5 stars) and they are going to send me replacements because they care about the integrity of their product. However, wishing there had been slightly better install instructions to help prevent this in the first place b/c replacing these is not without effort (pallet delivery to a downtown address, getting them upstairs in my condo, and reinstalling them myself or paying my contractor again.) I'm hoping for the best and I truly appreciate the companies efforts to make it right because that doesn't always happen.
