Bag arrived an I loved it immediately. Unfortunately there was an issue with the popper inside the bag Contacted the team and a new bag was immediately despatched along with a pre-paid returns packaging and label Replacement bag was perfect and will be getting its first outing this week Great bag, Great Customer Service. Will definitely be buying again
