Hands down my favorite CP product. Idk about growth for certain yet but the way it softened of my hair with consistent use is undeniable. I stopped using it to try another product and the difference was stark. For my second order I subscribed. Oh and the packaging. CP has excellent packaging. Love the glass bottles. Perfectly for settling into a cup of warm water for a hit oil treatment. It doesn’t float. Also love the golden color of this bottle. It feels luxe and special.

The 100 ml glass bottle from CP arrived intact, and the scent straight out of the bottle reminds me of real castor oil. The oil is yellow-toned and very light in texture, which I appreciate. Application is simple: I warm the bottle in a mug of hot water, then apply the oil 1–2 hours before bed (to avoid pillow oil stains). The dropper makes this very easy and precise. What I really like about the formula is that my hair and scalp do not smell badly the next day, or in the days after. That’s a big plus for me. Shipping to Canada took about 2–3 weeks, which is reasonable for an international order. I ordered two products for a total of $78 CAD, with $30 in shipping. Online before delivery, I paid: --$12 for federal and provincial taxes on the products (which is normal) --$36 in UPS brokerage fees. I understand these fees are standard for international shipments, but they do add up. Because of the extra cost, I’ve decided to cancel my recurring subscription and will purchase a bigger order manually instead. Pros: Glass bottle arrived undamaged Light, yellow-toned oil, not overly thick or sticky Dropper makes application easy No strong lingering smell on hair/scalp Cons: 2–3 weeks shipping to Canada Additional import/brokerage fees can make recurring subscriptions expensive for Canadian customers Bottom line: The product itself is excellent and I’m happy with the oil, I recommend it to family and friends! For Canadian buyers, just be aware that shipping and brokerage fees can significantly increase the total cost for now (2026).
